TrustUrTechnolust is a small business/residential computer repair, design and consulting service ran by yours truely. My name is Brian Crabtree and I reside in Burlington, NC. You can read more information concerning my experience in the About Me section.
I am an experienced computer technician/technology consultant and looking for someone in need of technical services in-home or in-office. Service calls are my specialty. I am highly experienced in hardware/software diagnostics, maintenance and repair on IBM PC's. Network setup and security is another area of expertise. I provide a professional yet relaxed experience when dealing directly with clients both over the phone and in person.
I am sure if there is a problem you are having with technology of most any sort I can help facilitate a solution for you. My expertise is not just limited to computer service and repair. I also can provide consultation, support, and installation for just about anything "tech" related.
My general hourly rate is $25.00 with an initial $25.00 trip fee. There is a minimum 1 hour fee for service calls required. Many problems can ofted be solved very quickly with the right information and equipment and for that reason I have a minimum rate charge. Special projects also available.
